  No Star Would be better
  I woke up and no hot water so the family had a cold shower .. I thought damn gas has run out.. scratching my head ...
  I called elgas Lismore and spoke to Mr Palmer to order a new gas bottle
  He informed me my gas bottles had been taken away because of $40 bottle rental fee .....
  This was a shock to me because I had not received any notification of this
  Naturally I was upset .. No one from elgas had spoken to me or left a message on my phone which they say was the correct number ..
  Rather than smooth things over Mr Palmer from " Customer Service"
  Argued with me.. Talking over me failing to hear or accept the crazyness of the situation which I feel is indefensible given I have been an Elgas customer for over 8 years....
  Anyway after Mr Palmer informed me I have a $55.00 credit from the gas they took from me I said how much do I pay ,,
  To which he replied "WOULDNT YOU RATHER FIND ANOTHER SUPPLIER"
  I said you telling me to take my business elsewhere ??
  He said "WELL WOULDNT YOU"
  I have come to the conclusion Customer Service is officially dead.
